There are many ways to get involved with the Interguild and being active in the group is a great way to meet other parents at different schools across Ontario. Here are a few ways you can get involved.
Become A Member
We host regular events at our Member Schools throughout the academic year with opportunities for networking, idea sharing and learning both from each other and from guest speakers. Members also receive a quarterly newsletter. If your school is a member of CIS Ontario, you can join Interguild and enjoy the many benefits of membership.
Attend An Event
The Interguild hosts five events annually including seminars, a vendor marketplace and two general meetings. It is also a great opportunity to see inside other independent schools as we rotate locations depending on the host schools. Browse our current events or view the notes and pictures from our past events.
Our Executive Committee meets monthly during the academic year and its body is from a cross-section of our member schools. We recruit volunteers on an annual basis with positions starting in September, running through the academic year. The minimum commitment is a few hours a month for a one-year term. If you are interested, please look at our open positions. If you have any questions, please email email@example.com or connect with us for more information.
Host An Event
We are always looking for member schools to host events throughout the school year. If you are interested in hosting an event at your school, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or connect with us.
