Membership Terms and Conditions
The following are the Terms and Conditions of Interguild membership.
- Applicant’s school must be a member of the Conference of Independent Schools of Ontario.
- Interguild events are open to parents and staff members of our member schools, with the exception of: The President’s Breakfast, which is open to the PA President and Interguild Representative only, or their selected representatives from the school community.
- Interguild events are restricted to a maximum of 4 representatives from member schools unless previous arrangement has been made with the event organisers with the exception of: Suppliers’ Day and the AGM.
- Annual dues cover membership for an academic year, from September through to the end of June of the following year. Existing members are invoiced in June for payment prior to the start of the academic year in September. No part-payments available.
While we reserve the right to publish any photographs taken at Interguild events on our website, Facebook page and newsletter we do respect your privacy and will honor any request for images to be removed. Please contact us if you do not want to have any photos of yourself either alone or in a group published online.
Interguild’s purpose is to foster communication and facilitate the collaborative sharing of ideas and information among CIS Parent Associations and Guilds.
